Biola University invites you to attend the 36th Annual Biola Christmas Tree Lighting celebration on Wednesday, December 11, 2019. This event hosted by Alumni and Parent Relations takes place on the Metzger Lawn in the center of campus. This beloved tradition will be attended by thousands in person and thousands more will be watching the livestream across the United States and around the world.
The festivities start with the Christmas Market from 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm on the Sycamore Lawn near the main campus entrance. Enjoy live handbell carols as you stroll through various vendors looking for some early Christmas presents for your friends and family.
The Tree Lighting Ceremony, from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm, is complimentary for all guests with no registration required. During the ceremony, a worship band will perform Christmas carols, faculty, staff, and students will read the Christmas story from Luke, and the Christmas tree will be lit as the finale.
