Its primary purpose is to coordinate the three (3) annual community Veteran Events/Ceremonies (Memorial Day, Veterans Day, and Salute to Veterans). They also help identify La Mirada Veterans and their families and current members of the Armed Forces (whether on Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserve Component) and their families.
