Join the La Mirada Public Safety Team on Tuesday, July 30 for a refreshing event “Pops with Public Safety.” Deputies and members of the Public Safety team will be visiting La Mirada parks and providing children and families with popsicles.
The fun summer event provides a relaxed environment for children to interact with deputies. It provides children with the opportunity to see deputies as friendly helpers who keep them safe. Building positive relationships with law enforcement from a young age can instill trust and confidence with deputies and foster a sense of safety and security within the community.
The Pops with Public Safety schedule on Tuesday, July 30 will be the following:
1 p.m. – Neff Park
2 p.m. – Frontier Park
3 p.m. – Gardenhill Park
4 p.m. – Windermere Park
