La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts and McCoy Rigby Entertainment invite you to the Tony Award-winning musical sensation Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat running from June 2nd through June 25th. The multi-award-winning show has been performed in over 80 countries worldwide and has become one of the world’s most beloved family musicals. The musical director & conductor is Jennifer Lin, and the director & choreographer is Gerry McIntyre.

Jennifer Lin works as a music director, accompanist, and teacher throughout Southern California and is the resident music director for Color and Light Theatre Ensemble. Recent productions include On This Side of the World (East West Players), Brigadoon (Musical Theatre Guild), Spring Awakening (USC School of Dramatic Arts), Matilda (at both 5-Star Theatricals and La Mirada Theatre with McCoy Rigby Entertainment), The Last Five Years (After Hours Theatre – Ovation Nominee for Musical Direction), XY (NAMT Festival of New Musicals), LIZZIE (at both Cal State Fullerton and Color and Light Theatre Ensemble), and Priscilla: Queen of the Desert (Celebration Theatre – Ovation Nominee for Musical Direction, Ovation Winner for Best Intimate Theatre).

As a performer Gerry has been seen on Broadway in a number of shows including Anything Goes, Once On This Island, Chicago, Uptown It’s Hot, and Joseph…Dreamcoat, a role for which he was one of three Americans chosen to be in the film starring Donny Osmond. Gerry is a highly sought-after director and choreographer. Major theatres he has worked at throughout the United States include the Lions Theatre and York Theater (Off-Broadway), Virginia Stage, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Berkshire Theatre Festival, Connecticut Repertory, Gateway Playhouse, Ogunquit Playhouse, Alliance Theater, Le Petit Theatre (New Orleans), Pasadena Playhouse, and Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, as well as television programs such as “The Rosie O’Donnel Show”, “Major Dad” and “Designing Women”.
