The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the City of La Mirada for its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024.
This is the 36th consecutive year that La Mirada has received national recognition, underscoring the City’s strong tradition of transparency and high standards in financial reporting. The Certificate of Achievement is regarded as the highest recognition in government accounting and reporting.
