Bring the family to watch The LEGO Movie at La Mirada Library

Come join the “Fun Family Movie and Art” program

Come to the La Mirada Library on Saturday, February 24th from 2:30 – 4:10 pm for their “Fun Family Movie and Art” program.

Bring the family to watch The LEGO Movie. Emmet (Chris Pratt), an ordinary LEGO figurine who always follows the rules, is mistakenly identified as the Special — an extraordinary being and the key to saving the world. He finds himself drafted into a fellowship of strangers who are on a mission to stop an evil tyrant’s (Will Ferrell) plans to conquer the world. Unfortunately for Emmet, he is hopelessly — and hilariously — unprepared for such a task, but he’ll give it his all nonetheless.

Enjoy a fun art project while you watch the action-packed adventure. The movie is rated PG. Recommended for children 6 and up with a parent or caregiver. No registration is required. All materials will be provided. Available while supplies last.

Family Movie Day is generously sponsored by the Friends of the La Mirada Library. Parents: Please be aware that light refreshments will be served. A list of ingredients will be available.
